Country artist Sierra Ferrell will be performing at The Admiral for her ‘Shoot for the Moon’ Tour on March 2nd. Ferrell sold out her last show at The Slowdown, and her star keeps rising-so do not sit on these. Tickets go on sale NEXT Friday at 10AM at Etix.com or Homers Music. 

Omaha hip-hop artist King Iso has been touring the world this past year with big name artists and will return home in just a couple weeks to do a CD release party for his new album Illdren. This will be at The Waiting Room and tickets are on sale now at Etix.com and Homers Music. Once again-do not sleep on these tickets and be left out. It will sell out. 

Indie rock band The Moss will be at The Slowdown on March 6th with tickets going on sale Friday at 10AM at TheSlowdown.com  Listening to them right now. This should be fun.

Baltimore country artist Kenny Fielder and The Cowboy Killers will be at Bucks Bar and Grill in Venice on February 16th and tickets are on sale at OuthouseTickets.com. 

Country rockers 49 Winchester are headed to The Bourbon Theatre on April 11th with tickets on sale Friday at 10AM at BourbonTheatre.com

Southern soul rock band JJ Grey & Mofro  with Cedric Burnside  is coming to Steelhouse Omaha on March 15th. Tickets on sale tomorrow at SteelhouseOmaha.com 

Grammy award winning jazz vocalist Samara Joy is coming to the Holland on June 12th. She is wonderful. Tickets on Sale Friday at ticketomaha.com 

The Eagles are bringing the most current version of their final tour to CHI Health Arena with Steely Dan. That show is on February 10th and tickets go on sale Friday at 10AM at Ticketmaster.com  

Country artists Creed Fisher  is coming to The Waiting Room on April 14th with tickets on sale at etix.com and Homers Music.

Philly rock band Sheer Mag just announced their new album Playing Favorites today (out on March 1st) and also a tour which includes Omaha! The band will be at Reverb Lounge on April 24th, which will give you plenty of time to absorb the new tunes. Tickets on sale tomorrow at 10AM at Etix.com and Homers Music. 

Two-titans of guitar rock team up together for a show at The Astro on April 28th. Yup, Joe Satriani and Steve Vai will be there to make every guitar nerd’s dream come true. Tickets on sale NEXT Friday at 10AM at Ticketmaster.com 

Jeremy McComb will bring his ‘Christmas, Cowboy Style” concert to Buck’s Bar and Grill in Venice on December 2nd. I think that is pretty self-explanatory. Tickets on sale now at OuthouseTickets.com.  This is where I tell you not to sit on buying those tickets. 

In need of a four piece young surf rock band from Canada? Sure you are! The Surfajettes are way cool and will be at Reverb Lounge on March 9th with The McCharmlys. They do a surf version of Britney Spears “Toxic”! What more do you need!  Tickets go on sale Friday at Etix.com and Homers Music 

I am excited about indie rock band Bombay Bicycle Club coming to The Admiral on March 10th. They just released their new album My Big Day last week and I am still absorbing that, but their 2020 album Everything Else Has Gone Wrong was a big favorite of mine and I have been wanting to see them play since that came out, but you know…pandemic. Tickets go on sale Friday at Etix.com and Homers Music. 

If you ask 100 Omaha rock music fans who they want to see most play Omaha, 58.9% of them would say King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard. It is finally happening at The Astro on September 6th of 2024. Tickets are on sale Friday at 11AM. I predict a sell out on that day. Get on it. 

Will I go see a Jason Isbell show every year? I pretty much do, and it’s nice not to travel for one. Jason Isbell And the 400 Unit will be outside at The Astro on May 1st. The only thing better than an Isbell show inside, is one outside in the Spring. Tickets on sale Friday at 10AM at Ticketmaster.com

Country singer-songwriter Jason Eady makes a return to Bucks Bar and Grill in Venice with tickets on sale now at Outhousetickets.com That show is on February 2nd

AJR is bringing their The Maybe Man Tour to the CHI Health Center on July 21st. I took my nephew to see this band the last time they were in town and they are very entertaining live and do ALL kinds of visual and musical tricks to go along with the songs. It’s quite the show and would be a good one for kids that have outgrown Bluey, but not quite ready for Doja Cat yet. Tickets on sale NEXT Friday at 9AM at Ticketmaster.com The Damn Quails will be at Bucks Bar and Grill on January 12th and I had to do a double take on that as that is a pretty big name, but that is them.
