I will go right to the cliff-hanger-three shows with country singer-songwriter Ward Davis (who has written for the who’s-who of country artists and more, were announced for January 18th through 20th. Those sold out immediately. While writing this I see that a fourth Sunday matinee show has just gone up. Tickets were available ten minutes ago at OutHouseTickets.com 

Willi Carlisle is coming to The Slowdown on February 16th and I cannot recommend this show enough. I saw him last year and he is a great songwriter, but his performance is SO engaging, engrossing and entertaining that is very hard to describe. A must see if you ask me. Oliver Anthony, who had the viral hit “Rich Men North of Richmond” earlier this year will bring his folk/country sounds to Westfair Amphitheater outside of Council Bluffs on June 16th. Tickets are on sale Friday at 10AM at Ticketmaster.com 

 Funk/Jam band Lettuce is bringing their VIBE tour to OMAHA on February 9th at The Astro and tickets go on sale sat Ticketmaster.com  Friday 

Porno For Pyros were originally going to play Steelhouse Omaha last month, but that tour go scrapped. That tour was supposed to be in support of new music, and now the tour is being billed The Farewell Tour and it is coming to The Astro on February 24th. They did release a new song today though and it is quite good. Tickets On Sale Friday at 10AM at Ticketmaster.com

Stray Cat  Brian Setzer will be at The Astro on March 10th. He just put out a new rock-a-billy album that was very enjoyable. This show should be a riot. Tickets on sale at Ticketmaster.com at 10AM 

Pantera and Lamb of God are at Pinnacle Bank Arena on Valentines Day!Tickets go on sale Friday 11/17 at 10AM. 

Nebraska favorite Andy Frasco & The U.N. will be at The Slowdown on February 15th with tickets going on sale Friday at 10AM at The Slowdown.com  Dogs In A Pile will also be on the bill.
